Overview

The organization lacking the jin that excommunicated the Kanto Ichienkai was no longer stopped, and there was a smell of kina. Chairman Sakai returns Hitoshi and Yoshiro and tries to balance the organization, but it is difficult due to the opposition of the board of directors.
