A simple story of our society which revolves around a lively girl, Kiran. Kiran is a fun and loving girl, yet she values herself a lot. Kiran’s parents accept the proposal of Sikander, who is in love with Kiran after meeting her for the first time in a marriage ceremony. After they both get married, Kiran falls madly in love with Sikander, but very soon she discovers a very strange and sudden change in her husband’s behavior.

The series takes place in 1962 Osaka. Hanaoka Machiko, 37, is single and works at a hardware store in Osaka City while doing literary work. One day, she falls ill due to overwork and falls in love with Tokunaga Kenjiro, the doctor who examines her. Kenjiro and Machiko marry. But Kenjiro, who lost his first wife to illness, lives not just with his five children, but his brother, sister, and parents. In a comical and heart-warming way, the drama depicts Machiko's struggle with the new family while pursuing her career as a novelist.

Life After Lock-Up follows a year in the lives of ex-offenders as they're released from prison and attempt to reintegrate into society.

PDQ is an American television game shows created by Heatter-Quigley Productions. The objective was to guess a word or a given phrase in the shortest amount of time with the fewest letters given as possible. PDQ was named after its original sponsor, a flavored drink mix. The show and product shared logos, although on the show the initials stood for "Please Draw Quickly".
