Lenient Attendance Reconcile — Mpower vs Zoom

Use a manual-first, lenient rule. Compare Mpower registrants to Zoom attendees by names. Count as attended if the registrant’s first name appears anywhere in Zoom names. Give benefit of doubt for duplicates or nicknames. Only flag as “did not attend” when the first name is absent from Zoom.
