After surviving attacks by Zeon's Char Aznable and Garma Zabi, the crew of Federation warship White Base and its mobile suits must battle Zeon forces through Asia, Europe, and the Atlantic Ocean if they are to reach Earth Federation's headquarters alive. We tried to find the answer taking pictures of Odesa citizens in Germany, Israel, Ukraine, Russia, Austria, France and other places. Michael Zhvanetskij, Roman Kartsev, Leonid Barats and Rostislav Khait Victor Loshak,  Oksana Fandera, Valerij Todotovskij, Mikhail and Anatoly Kontush and many others are telling their stories and giving their opinions on what is the phenomenon of the city by the Black Sea.

1989: 64th and last year of the Showa era. A girl is kidnapped and killed. The unsolved case is called Case 64 ('rokuyon'). 2002: Yoshinobu Mikami, who was the detective in charge of the Case 64, moves as a Public Relations Officer in the Police Affairs Department. His relation with the reporters is conflicted and his own daughter is missing. The statute of limitations for the Case 64 will expire in one year. Then a kidnapping case, similar to the Case 64, takes place. The rift between the criminal investigation department and police administration department deepens. Mikami challenges the case as a public relations secretary.

The movie will be based on the Plaid Hat tabletop game, created by Jerry Hawthorne, which is a role-playing adventure following players loyal to the king who are imprisoned in a seaside castle and turned into mice by the evil Vanestra. They must fight their way out of the castle as they face dangerous foes including rats, cockroaches, spiders and the castle’s house cat, Brodie.

This is a movie built from impericia, from misunderstanding, from surprise and mutual amazement; it is a film that reflects on the idea of community, the relationship of mankind with the environment in which nature, beasts and human beings depend on each other to continue inhabiting a barren land.
