The work is constituted from video footage of scenery and encounters with locals in the coastal city of Rikuzentakata, which was devastated by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. The artists spent three years and eight months documenting the region, subsequently constructing their footage to create a narrative.

The Danish director Karl Forchhammer’s film is an entertaining and existential tale with raw edges.

Camil, a writer who suffers from a psychological block, stops feeling her partner. He focuses his energy on his latest book called "She Was Always There" and becomes obsessed between his writings and Bhela. Until they meet again underwater.

While Harris and his Mother enjoy bonding at the movies, it seems the jerks in the theaters are making it harder for them to enjoy the show. Soon someone starts murdering those disrupting the film, and now Harris finds himself not only confronting his past, but questioning his own sanity as well.
