An August Weekend

This documentary looks at the Danish resistance movement's execution of 400 informers during the Nazi occupation and the ensuing cover-up.

The special is hosted by Tony Danza and Annie Potts celebrating 50 years of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera's partnership in animation. This is the first animated project to be broadcast in Dolby Surround sound system.

This recording was made in a continuous single live-in-the-studio pass in collaboration with NPG drummer Michael Bland and bassist Sonny T. Prince originally intended to give this live CD away free with 1,000 copies of Guitar Player magazine in 1994, but he was reportedly barred by Warner Bros. from doing so. A video recording of the performance was released in Europe (on VHS and Laserdisc) with small edits throughout the performance and "Dolphin" replaced by the audio track from the official video of the song from The Gold Experience.

Reza, a man who does not have a stand for himself and cannot make decisions for himself. Reza's attitude like that makes Anggun, his partner, have to advise and even reprimand him to have a stand for himself rather than listening to, and even following the words of others rather than himself. In the end, there was one thing that happened between the two of them that made Reza realize how blind he had been to his life, always listening to and even following the words of others.
